  1. Seguir las instrucciones descritas desde el punto 1) al punto 4) del\u00a0RINFOR SYSTEM 1<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  2. Retire el revoco existente en la mamposter\u00eda cerca de la viga (o el piso), para un ancho de 10 cm;<\/li>\n
  3. Limpiar el polvo en la superficie de tallado y l\u00e1var con agua a baja presi\u00f3n;<\/li>\n
  4. Completar la intervenci\u00f3n incorporando y recubriendo la\u00a0malla\u00a0ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA 250<\/strong>con una capa centim\u00e9trica de\u00a0mortero composito\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0*, reforzado con doble tipo de\u00a0fibras\u00a0READYMESH\u00a0<\/strong>(vidrio y polipropileno), deshumidificantes, con muy alta transpirabilidad, clase R (restauraci\u00f3n seg\u00fan UNI EN 998\/1), a base de ligantes hidr\u00e1ulicos con bajo contenido en sales solubles, con resistencia mec\u00e1nica en clase R2 (seg\u00fan UNI EN 1504\/3), clase de reacci\u00f3n al fuego A1 (EN 13501-1), permeabilidad al vapor de agua 11 \u03bc (UNI EN 1015-19), resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de 28 d\u00edas > 20 MPa (UNI EN 12190), resistencia a la flexi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de 28 d\u00edas > 5 MPa (UNI EN 12190), m\u00f3dulo de elasticidad 11 GPa (EN 13412), m\u00e1ximo tama\u00f1o del agregado 1,5 mm;\u00a0mezclar el mortero con agua seg\u00fan las proporciones indicadas en la ficha t\u00e9cnica, continuando el mezclado durante al menos tres minutos y en todo caso hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea, cremosa y sin grumos;\u00a0colocaci\u00f3n del mortero manualmente o mediante proyecci\u00f3n (con un pulverizador adecuado para morteros reforzados con fibras),\u00a0cuidando de cubrir perfectamente la superficie del sustrato, sin huecos ni zonas sombreadas;\u00a0espesor del mortero de 1 a 2 cm aproximadamente.\u00a0Consumo de unos 15 kg \/ m\u00b2 \/ cm de espesor;<\/li>\n
  5. Regularizar la superficie del mortero evitando un alisado excesivo para dejar la superficie ligeramente rugosa y con agarre suficiente para el posterior desnatado;\u00a0espere a que el mortero se cure correctamente antes de proceder con la capa desnatada;\u00a0alisado de dos\u00a0capacon\u00a0SANASTOF<\/strong>,<\/strong> premezcla de composici\u00f3n mineral, a base de cal hidr\u00e1ulica natural NHL 3.5, micros\u00edlice con actividad puzol\u00e1nica, \u00e1ridos seleccionados, microfibras de alta tenacidad, agregados de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico con bajo m\u00f3dulo de elasticidad; consumo de unos 3 kg\/m\u00b2 por dos manos aplicadas y un espesor total de 2-3 mm;<\/li>\n
  6. Termine con un acabado de color altamente transpirable utilizando productos de la l\u00ednea\u00a0SANAXIL<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0PROTECH SIL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
