font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|font_size:24px|text_align:center|color:%23eb690b&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Desde sus primeras aplicaciones, la funci\u00f3n principal de las fibras en el hormig\u00f3n ha sido\u00a0<strong>contrarrestar las tensiones internas\u00a0<\/strong>que surgen espont\u00e1neamente en un conglomerado durante el curado y endurecimiento;\u00a0en este caso nos referimos a fibras auxiliares tambi\u00e9n llamadas anti-agrietamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La acci\u00f3n anti-fisuraci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>ha sido durante siglos la principal aplicaci\u00f3n de las fibras en hormigones y morteros.\u00a0Posteriormente, las\u00a0<strong>fibras auxiliares\u00a0<\/strong>fueron unidas por las\u00a0<strong>fibras estructurales<\/strong>, que no solo intervienen en contrarrestar el inicio y propagaci\u00f3n de las fisuras durante el endurecimiento de la mezcla, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a mejorar el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico del conglomerado.\u00a0En particular, los rendimientos que se mejoran mediante la adici\u00f3n de fibras estructurales son\u00a0<strong>la energ\u00eda de fractura, la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y la ductilidad<\/strong>, o la capacidad de un material para deformarse bajo tensi\u00f3n antes de romperse.\u00a0Estas caracter\u00edsticas est\u00e1n relacionadas con el concepto de tenacidad, que es la capacidad de un material para disipar energ\u00eda durante la deformaci\u00f3n bajo tensi\u00f3n (energ\u00eda de fractura).<\/p>\n<p>Con los acr\u00f3nimos\u00a0<strong>ECC (Enginered Cementitious Composites) y HPFRC (High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete)<\/strong>, los tecn\u00f3logos de materiales identifican estas familias de productos de cemento tecnol\u00f3gicamente avanzados.\u00a0Un par\u00e1metro fundamental de estos materiales es la energ\u00eda de fractura, con lo que es posible evaluar el aumento de ductilidad de estos composites frente a los morteros y hormigones de altas prestaciones basados \u200b\u200ben formulaciones &#8220;tradicionales&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AZICHEM<\/strong>, que formula y produce conglomerados de cemento reforzado con fibras desde 1990, ha estudiado y propuesto nuevas formulaciones cementosas que contienen aditivos especiales y porcentajes muy elevados de fibras de refuerzo estructural.\u00a0<strong>Estas formulaciones encuentran su salida natural en el campo de las armaduras y en el de mejora\/adecuaci\u00f3n s\u00edsmica de edificaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As\u00ed naci\u00f3 hace unos a\u00f1os la familia de productos RINFOR GROUT, microhormigones estructurales con alta energ\u00eda de fractura.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A las alt\u00edsimas prestaciones f\u00edsico-mec\u00e1nicas de los\u00a0productos\u00a0<strong>RINFOR GROUT<\/strong>, que son aprovechados por los ingenieros estructurales en sus modelos de c\u00e1lculo, una caracter\u00edstica hace que estos productos sean \u00fanicos, a saber, la presencia de\u00a0<strong>aditivos cristalizantes especiales\u00a0<\/strong>que confieren a los conglomerados fibroreforzados funci\u00f3n anticorrosi\u00f3n, anticontracci\u00f3n, impermeabilizaci\u00f3n y autocuraci\u00f3n.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;row_full_center_content&#8221;
